Included in the cost of the ticket is a code to access the extra content of the Borsalino Museum App, which allows you to explore the hat collection easily and comprehensively.

Categories entitled to reduced or free tickets:

Reduced admission:

Fai members (You must show your valid membership card)
People over the age of 65 (A valid ID must be shown).
Children 12 to 18 years old (Valid ID required).

Students up to the age of 26 (You must show your certificate of enrollment for the current academic year).

Groups of at least 15 people.

Free admission:

Piedmont-Valley d’Aosta Museum Pass holders (You must show your valid membership card)
Children up to 12 years old accompanied by parents (Valid ID required).
Italian and foreign registered journalists (It is necessary to show the membership card of the Order of Journalists bearing the annual stamp or the relevant ‘stamp’ referring to the current year).

Disabled visitors with an accompanying person.

Free tickets available exclusively at the box office.

A valid ID bearing residence in the municipality must be shown.
